Jack and Jude – Birthday Walk June 2024 – 80 years of life

Jack credits his youthful looks to his twenty years sailing around the world in the 70s and 80s — those voyages provided countless hours of exquisite beauty and Earth’s magnificent wonders that kept him young in spirt. There were countless dramas, as well. But those brought immense personal satisfaction after finding safe passage across the immense spans of ocean using only the heavenly bodies to guide his ship.

When changing sails on inky black nights long before furlers, unclipping a sail, hank by hank, taught him to be determined, prepared and thorough. 

Jack says, “Today everything’s automated and computerised and there’s little real sense of satisfaction of a job well done. Nor is there the deep connection to Earth that creates an intense love for the Creation.
